🕒 Processing & Shipping

  • Each item is handmade with care. Processing times may vary, but most orders ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping times depend on your location and the method chosen at checkout. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.
  • Please note: I am not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once your order is in the hands of the carrier.

💛 Custom Orders

  • I love bringing your ideas to life! Custom orders are always welcome. Send me an email with your ideas and price point, and let's make the magic happen!
  • Because these are made just for you, custom orders may take longer to create and are non-refundable once production has started.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • I want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns/exchanges are accepted for unused, non-custom items in their original condition.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or if it was a mistake on my part.

❌ Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After this window (or once work has started on a custom piece), cancellations may not be possible.

📦 Damages & Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to me within 7 days with photos and/or videos (this is a requirement). I’ll make it right!
